Our Long Awaited Patio

We finally finished our patio project after many months of working on it here and there. Here's a photo journey through the process starting in November!

Digging the holes where more concrete will be laid

We had professionals come and lay the extra slabs of concrete

One bag of Quickrete filled one mold. We had two working molds

(notice Philip trying to escape)

All of the molded concrete is laid but they cured differently and the color came out uneven.

So we painted it with a concrete stain.

Then swept sand into the grout lines

And this is our finished patio

We rewarded ourselves by buying a grill, and have used it many times since!
